Fushimi Inari, Kinkakuji, Toji | KYOTO, JAPAN | Kyoto Travel Guide
Hey Everyone!
Where: Fushimi Inari Taisha 伏見稲荷大社, Kinkakuji 金閣寺, Toji 東寺
Location: Kyoto, Japan | 日本、京都
Today we are continuing with this Kyoto vlog on our trip in Kyoto, Japan! Kyoto travel in fall is truly breathtaking. I thought it might be helpful to create a Kyoto Japan travel guide to show you the parts that are worth seeing and the parts that you can skip. I hope you enjoy!
Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine 伏見稲荷大社 is filled with people which can be difficult but it is definitely worth the visit. Fushimi Inari shrine history is long and the Fushimi Inari hike is worth it. (It also thins out the crowds which is nice). After that we are heading to the Golden temple Kyoto Japan. This is mistakenly referred to as “Kinkauji Temple” as “ji” in Japanese means temple. Kinkakuji autumn is particularly beautiful as there is so much open space. Hope you find this Kyoto Travel Guide helpful!
The purpose of this channel is to hopefully give people an honest look at life in Japan, give you the tools to experience it in an authentic way and get outside of the typical Japan Travel Tips. There is so much of Japan to see that isn’t covered in the typical guide books and I hope my future Tokyo vlog will help people access those experiences. For the first few months however, I will be putting out more of the typical Japan vlogs and helpful videos to get you around this city!
Thanks for watching! Hope you enjoy this Kyoto vlog!

I liked the old piano they had there. The architecture is amazing, but seeing the homeless hanging around outside in the courtyard is a downer. The next time in LA, I want to ride the Amtrak to Kansas City. When I get back to the US from Asia, LA will be my entry point. I like to stay in Koreatown because I know where everything is. Typically before I leave, I go to H Mart in the mall across from the hotel. Then I´ll have food and drinks for the road, or rail.

I had to take the 45 Lincoln Heights via Broadway to Union Station in 2018 because I didn’t have a car 🚘 at that time. It was so easy. It was a one shot no extra buses, no transfers, just dropped me off where you are and I caught my train (Amtrak) to San Diego. 🚆 It was the same thing when I returned. I didn’t have to take an Uber/Lyft, or catch a cab 🚕

I’ve lived in L.A all my life and Metro has made major improvements in the past 15 years. The trains are faster(contrary to your statement)than others I’ve been on and the fares are reasonable. From Union Station, you can go anywhere in the Pacific Northwest or even across country.

Wow thanks for this very useful video. In my previous trips to the U.S. (pre-covid times) via LAX, my cousin from Riverside would pick me up at the airport. I'm planning to go this November so this time I don't have to bother her picking me up. By the way, I also use SFO (San Francisco airport) as port of entry. It's very easy to go to and from SFO because of BART, and buses that take you north to downtown or south of SFO to the suburbs. Thanks again!
